IT'S BACK!!!!!!!!

With more camel toe than the Sahara dessert!

Starring award-winning stand up comedian R David who will be bravely taking on the role as Lollipop, Twisted Angels tells the story of five street workers, working the streets of Liverpool. As we follow Tanya, Colleen, Sarah, Kiera and Julie we see how they survive the harsh climate of their very real cruel and bizarre world.

On their journey the girls meet a variety of weird and wonderful characters, like their transvestite friend and guide Lollipop who runs the Lollipop Lounge, a bar which the girls use as a sanctuary from their troubled lives.

Love, fear, drink, drugs, sex and death all play a part in the lives of these Twisted Angels.

This adult themed play is a mix of comedy, drama and music with dark undertones.

Suggs - My Life Story in Words and Music
Tuesday 28th May 7:30pm

I've just turned 50, the kids have left home, and my cat just died.

In Suggs: My Life Story the Madness frontman takes to the stage in a hilarious, yet moving, one man tour de force playing to rave reviews.

The death of Suggs' beloved cat on his fiftieth birthday triggers a personal quest to discover what happened to the father he never knew.  Stunned by what he learns Suggs is taken back to his childhood on the tough streets of 1970's Soho and his first appearance on Top Of The Pops at the age of eighteen...

Is it a play? Is it stand up comedy? Is it Music Hall? Whatever it is hold on to your seats as Suggs goes on to stumble and plummet through the trap door of failure. Then trampoline back up to catch the passing trapeze of show business success!

The Titan

Weber: Overture, “Der Freischutz
Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto (Soloist: Helen Charlesworth)
Mahler: Symphony No 1

From its hushed opening “like the sound of nature”, to a funereal Frère Jacques, to its fanfare climax, it is easy to see why Mahler used “Titan” to label his vast First Symphony in its earliest form, and the work provides a fitting finale to our season. Wirral violinist Helen Charlesworth also makes a welcome return with her performance of the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto.
